We seek entrepreneurs who are willing to continue taking responsibility and leading their businesses towards long-term success.
We are flexible when it comes to ownership structure and open to investing as both minority and majority shareholders. This allows us to tailor our investments to each company's unique needs and growth potential, while actively supporting entrepreneurs in the best possible way.
We don’t invest with a fixed exit strategy in mind. Our philosophy is to build companies that we ourselves would want to own long-term. This approach means we focus on creating stable and sustainable businesses rather than chasing quick profits. While we may sell companies or parts of companies if it’s strategically right, the starting point is always building for the future.
For us, it’s important that the people behind the companies we invest in uphold sound values. We want to collaborate with individuals and teams who are not only business-driven but also ethically conscious, striving to make a positive impact on both society and their respective industries.
