Most of the companies we are involved with, we’ve helped build from the ground up. We’ve established structures and shaped the culture. What we look for when starting something new or investing in an existing business can be summarized by the following criteria.

We focus on investing in companies with at least one, preferably more, committed entrepreneurs who not only have a strong business idea, but also a clear vision for how the company will scale and evolve. We seek entrepreneurs who are willing to continue taking responsibility and leading their businesses towards long-term success.

Flexibility in ownership structure

We are flexible when it comes to ownership structure and open to investing as both minority and majority shareholders. This allows us to tailor our investments to each company's unique needs and growth potential, while actively supporting entrepreneurs in the best possible way.

Long-term focus over exit strategies

We don’t invest with a fixed exit strategy in mind. Our philosophy is to build companies that we ourselves would want to own long-term. This approach means we focus on creating stable and sustainable businesses rather than chasing quick profits. While we may sell companies or parts of companies if it’s strategically right, the starting point is always building for the future.
